You can also book CET stays via the Wyndham Website and pay in Wyndham points.

Wyndham doesn't charge resort fees on rooms at Wyndham hotels paid in points but it appears they do charge RF if staying in Vegas.

MY CET rates are low enough that it's not worth using Wyndham points to pay
