To answer my own question, you can do it with Skylofts. This will be useful after late checkout isn't honored anymore next year.

- Credit must be used during the original reservation and is not valid on consecutive reservations in the same hotel.
- The credit cannot be applied toward the room rate and is not valid on Room and tax, gratuities, service charges, or services provided by a third-party. Excludes alcohol where prohibited by local ordinances.
- There will be no refund issued on any unused portion of the credit.
- The credit is nontransferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
