Hi,

I stayed at the Conrad Abu Dhabi in 2023. It is a very good hotel ( I paid extra for the Level 45 lounge). Rooms were large and comfortable,breakfast was good. pools were good ,beach was ok ( sea temp warm)
Location is a minor drawback ( likely to need a car/taxi) but was just there to relax
Nice observation deck in one of the towers

Alternatives could be the emirates palace or hotels on Yas island
