The usual issue is that these tickets are very non-changeable and aren't eligible for things such as weather/travel waivers that normal revenue and even award tickets are.
like always, you get what you pay for. I never touched these tickets and flew them as purchased. Clearly, changing such tickets is a major pita. Saved $600 p.P. vs. direct airline purchase ... would do that again.
