I’m not entirely certain, but I suspect that as there is no defence shown that Ryanair have not offered a defence to your claim. Please come back to us after the adjudication (either way) so we can offer some guidance on how to proceed. Hope it will be decided in your favour and it would be good to know how this case concluded for the benefit of future readers.
