I bought an AS marketed itin, but all JL operated flights.
On the website it says "(Note) Codeshare flight operated by partner carrier is not eligible for the lounge use."

So an AS marketed, JL operated flight in PE should be eligible is what I am concluding.

This thread confirms this jal lounge access on premium economy codeshare with AA?
