EF is using different sources for different content but they have been quite secret on this.
Availability for some airlines (if a single airline is specified) likely goes via Travelport - this can be easily seen by the way availability is presented (ie Y9 BL... with L not being Sabre response except for direct access screens).
Now TK fares still show up as part of a general search, however if TK only is specified no content will return.
However, if you specify TK and another airline (preferably a one that doesn't file fares between the cities you are looking into) you will get the full list of fares.
Moreover, the routing rules will be available and they come from Sabre.
Sabre still shows TK fares because the fares vendor is not TK but ATPCO as i understand.
