On Friday there were 4 surveys that were not giving points while all completed then the next screen either not being targeted group or enough participants. I sent the requests IMMEDIATELY after that, with screen shots. Yet this time receiving the Privacy emails asking for further info which they have ALL of such because I always put in survey nature, incl the screens went thru and of course the reason from the drop down menu as to why I made this request, plus screen shot(s). Yet the Privacy emails asking the same thing again.

As for survey availability, it seems only a few days in the middle of the week would have a number of such albeit mostly low values. The rest of the week, especially Fri-Sun, you might as well not visit the site thus not get frustrated on No Survey Available.
