If you use OFF of any repellent with higher DEET, you should be fine.
I will suggest to spend some extra days in Bariloche, just the basic stuff will take you 5 full days, in Calafate you need full day cruise (Marpatag), half day for the Glaciers (or full day for minitrekking), another full day for a day trip to Fitz Roy.
