I just got off the phone with an agent and she confirmed they were having issues. I panicked as I have a flight in 2 weeks that was not showing up on Google. Last time that was with American who had cancelled a flight and not told me. Even the robot voice who says "Welcome to United" sounded like he was drowning. She said she would call me back in 32 hours . . . or maybe she said 1 to 32 hours? Seems like a known issue.
