www.eclaimsline.com. On that site I input my info and the dates I will be traveling and that it will be int'l travel. It sent me a letter that specifically states "This includes the previously excluded countries of Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Israel and Jamaica."
For future travel, it should be much easier to just go to the eclaimsline website directly without having to call anyone.
Just got back earlier this week from Ireland and can confirm that they looked at the paper I had showing the insurance coverage from Chase in Ireland and N. Ireland. Was just a cursory glance, though, so I wouldn't be surprised that this is just a way of them forcing people to take their coverage if the renter isn't clued in on what coverage they have from their cards.
I also read somewhere that there was a 30 euro fee added a couple of years ago to rentals that were planning on going to N. Ireland, but we didn't run into that and I specifically asked if it was ok to go there.
