I just came through HCMC business class. I too didn't know there was a fast track line. It was only because I stuffed up my visa and had to pay another $500 to someone waiting at the gate there that they let me through to go to the "business aka wheelchair line". The regular line was excruciatingly long. Paying for a fast pass would be worth it.
