OW RTW fares are generally priced in local currency. When converted to USD or Euro can be minor or major differences depending on origin airport ~ country [10's, 100's, rarely 1000's]
The Egypt pound had a sudden significant devaluation. For a short period of time ex CAI OW RTW were very cheap in major currencies. Oneworld were (too) slow to change the base price ex CAI. Now fixed, so ex CAI not the bargain it was for a few weeks.
