I am having this exact issue as well. The Orbitz support people are being completely useless and just making up answers as they go. I sent an email to the CEO but I'm not booking anything else through Orbitz until this gets resolved.
Do you have the CEO’s email? I want to email as well, expressing the frustrations with Orbitz over the past few months. Earlier this year, the Platinum Reimbursement page wasn’t working, followed by the price match guarantee page not working (still isn’t working), and now this Orbucks issue. It’s like Orbitz’s webpage is slowly falling apart. Frustrating 😟
