Radisson Oulu is anything but a winner (or at least up to and including Aug 2023).
Stayed in August of 2023 for 5 days, and was utter disappointed. Room very dated, in a poor condition and so was the bathroom (very manky and dilapidated).
Hotel parking is more or less non existent (at the back) - Only positive thing is it's location and the public parking in-front of the hotel which is cheaper (and free at certain times of the day/week as I recall it).
So, this Radisson (Oulu) has (or at least didn't have) any "VIP" area's or experience's worth mentioning as they didn't exist.
