Once you know this, as a GS, have a discussion about fare class mapping and why the UA Z got mapped to the wrong fare class.
And the second agent I spoke to at UA said it's not their problem if codeshare operators map their fares to different cabins than what they sold me. UA said the only thing they could do is refund the fare difference after I fly the wrong segments. Time for HUCA again I imagine.
