Complain via the help link - I have a 100% success rate to receive the missing points. I started to take screenshots when about 95% or more and if there's a final screen, also that. But it's not a necessity, just makes it easier/faster to solve your claim.
PS - interestingly they see how much time you have spent on the survey. One reply was
"xxx... I see you spent mm minutes ss seconds on the survey... zzz"
