My reservations were working yesterday. Just checked now, and it seems to be intermittently broken. Clicked on "Your Reservations" link, and it just spins and spins. I tried it in Safari and the Accor tab for reservations ended up using 23gb of ram!
Not sure how they don't have proper dev/testing at the size of company they are.
