I find them fascinating, as some people appear to sail purely to people watch and judge what others wear! It's extraordinary how upset some of these individuals become if people do not measure up!
That said, with many lines relaxing traditional dress codes, Cunard is really the only line available to those who demand all fellow passengers dress accordingly for traditional formal nights. The others have chosen to target a well healed younger crowd who don't have the same enthusiasm for wearing ball gowns and tuxes.
Despite always wanting to try a TA crossing....the exact reason my husband and I will never do so. The last time we wore even a sports jacket was in the 90's. ( unless it was matched with a pair of sweats)
