​​​​​​I've only stayed in a andaz suite but it had no issues at all with humidity or AC noise, I don't think I'm sensitive to humidity levels though, not something I think about. The coffee service at breakfast was slow but IIRC there is a self serve coffee machine that made a good cappuccino in one of the 3 breakfast rooms as well as a coffee machine in the lounge area available all day.
