No...the main line is the same for everyone. AT SGN, there are the main huge immigration lines and then off to the side are the diplomatic, ASEAN and wheel chair lines which are roped off. I believe if you show your business class boarding pass to one of the officials they will let you through and join the 'wheelchair' line. It is not marked though as for business class passengers. Alternatively, you can pay $29 to vietnam-visa and their rep will put you in the line!
