Problems with hyatt.com rate

As you all know, I NEVER use Priceline and pretty much ALWAYS use the hyatt.com rate.

For the past few weeks, I have been having a problem. Anyone experience this? Please forgive me since I have not had any time (or a computer) to be on in a while, if this has already been discussed...

Anyhow, I charge (Mastercard) hyatt.com rate. Then I receive NO credit, because it is an internet rate and is now deemed ineligible.

This is a direct quote from the Diamond line.

The individual hotels can only tell that you made the reservation over the internet. Since it was made OVER the internet, it is instantly considered ineligible. In order to get credit, you must call the Diamond line and have them research and see that it is in fact a hyatt.com rate and is eligible.

Has this happened to anyone besides me???
