Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the possibility of a door "popping off" in flight is next to zero (if not less). The doors open IN (even the over wing exits) which means that they would have to "pop off" while being held in place by the cabin pressurization which is signficantly higher than the outside air pressure at 30,000 feet.
