I can think of NOTHING that inspires more opinion than a particular BBQ joint, whether it's good or not and whether it's style of BBQ is superior to other styles down the road or across the country. Mothers in law? Meh. Window or aisle? Whatever. Redeye or day flight? Pick 'em. Apple or Windows? Not interested. But, BBQ? It's on! Enough to even bring back a 13+ year old discussion of a single, individual place.
