For value for money and experience, I agree with the choice of an FS suite. The Capella is nice and shiny but I do not find it compelling other than its proximity to most of my meetings in Sydney. I have only experienced uneven service and I don't understand who thought it was a good idea to design a luxury hotel with an internal courtyard that allows guests to see into each other's rooms. The high rates don't justify the experience (and I say that with a corporate rate that is heavily discounted).
Having stayed in a rooftop suite at the PH, I would happily take a Four Seasons suite every time. The wait for an elevator at the FS is terrible in high season but I like the refurb to the rooms and breakfast is really my favorite of all the hotels mentioned at the moment.
