You still have the PNR when you booked the Award Flight or how did you try to enter Check in on TK website? With that one I would call the TK Call Center, they hopefully might be able to help. Am just wondering why the reservation does not show up on "My trips" anymore.
On the TK website it doesnt recognize the (Avianca) PNR or the (Avianca-issued) Ticket number. I don't have the TK PNR. The whatsapp method (
Whatsapp method for getting the operating airline PNR for a lifemiles booking) doesnt seem to work anymore, at least I dont see any steps called "manage booking code"
For others: after endless waiting in the avianca hotline I was forwarded to the lifemiles hotline and there they gave me the TK PNR, with which I was able to check in on the TK website
