On the TK website it doesnt recognize the (Avianca) PNR or the (Avianca-issued) Ticket number. I don't have the TK PNR. The whatsapp method (Whatsapp method for getting the operating airline PNR for a lifemiles booking) doesnt seem to work anymore, at least I dont see any steps called "manage booking code"

For others: after endless waiting in the avianca hotline I was forwarded to the lifemiles hotline and there they gave me the TK PNR, with which I was able to check in on the TK website
