Whatsapp method for getting the operating airline PNR for a lifemiles booking

I've found it a bit annoying to get the PNR/ booking confirmation for the operating airline on lifemiles bookings - it's not shown anywhere online, and I have managed to get it by calling Avianca but that can be time consuming.
I just found a new way to do it though - using the whatsapp support bot, I navigated through the menus to choose 3 ( Manage your booking code ), then 4 ( Send you your reservation ), and then entering the Avianca reservation code/PNR and choosing my email address. A minute or two later, I have an email from [email protected] with the full travel details in text format, including the operating airline's PNR!
Hopefully some of you might find this useful

It is a pity the emailed info, in my case, does not contain the LH marketed and AV operated flight's AV fare class. It still lists only P (LH fare class)
