Also, not sure you've got the blocks right. For August (minimal jet stream) the westbound and eastbound are both blocked around 8 hours. For February (strong jet stream), the westbound is around 9:30, while eastbound is around 7:00. These are rough averages, as different flights have slightly different blocks.
Thanks!! Looking at DL. It's for my mom actually trying to decide if she should use a GUC or not. I know by now Delta really pads their times but this just surprised me
she is only flying the hnl-hnd though
