The club lounge is located on top floor with panoramic view.
Very attentive staff.

What was good and what was bad?
GOOD- Very pleasant hotel (the location is very central, with easy access to Shenzhen Museum, Concert Hall, Library, Museum of Contemporary Art, Guan Shan Yue Mei Shu Guan, Civic Center and Coco Park Mall)

Yes. The hotel is pleasant.
Still, it is a pity that Shenzhen has no InterContinental downtown.
Please note that, like many hotels and places in China, the address on Google Maps is incorrect (you actually have to type in Marco Polo hotel - the hotel's former name - to get the exact address).
