For the last few stays (in different hotels) I can't get my ipad to load the log in page for the wifi. My phone connects without a problem and so does my daughter's ipad but mine just spins on the sonifi page.
Are you using a vpn? I had some trouble with my iPad too. Had to disconnect it to get online.
also, I’ve had luck with going into the WiFi settings and clicking Forget Network under Hyatt WiFi and then rejoining
