That's how it has been historically with a few properties I've tracked. I've found availability ~6 months in advance.
Any pattern you've discovered for this release? Right now, there seems to be a Dec. 31 cut-off for inventory. What's frustrating, as you know, is that the Club Wyndham inventory is scarce to begin win, so you never really know if any rooms will ever be released. You kind of have to luck into it.
