delayed more than 3 hours. When I apply for EU261, receive message: You are not entitled to compensation. Your flight FR693 on 19/07/2024 was disrupted due to to a global third-party system outage, which was beyond our control. If you wish to contest our decision, you can take your complaint to your local Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. For more information on EU261 please click here.

if there any other option (no airhelp or similar) how to request EU261 because "was disrupted due to to a global third-party system outage, which was beyond our control" is just a b**sh*t which I do not agree. Should this be take to some organization in UK or Austria? thank you
