Stayed one night (cash stay) before changing to a downtown hotel, as arrived very late (after 1 AM). Shuttle bus did arrive without need to call, and I seem to recall it also dropped people off at another Hilton chain after the Hilton (so you need to check what stop to get off at).

Worked well for a short overnight and late/early flight, wouldn't want to stay a few nights or as a base for holidays personally.

Excellent value for money, even the suites were outstanding value compared to downtown hotels. (1/3 the price of the Hilton downtown and far cheaper than high end hotels of course).

Didn't have breakfast as met up early with family in the area. Breakfast area looked decent enough and popular but not crazy busy.

No water in the room, did have to go back to check in to get that (so do ask at check in). There are vending machines on some levels for drinks and be aware that not all levels have ice machines...I ended traipsing over at least 4 levels to get some ice finally to cool the water.

Room was nice, quiet but was a high floor so that may have helped. Shower was huge...and had great pressure/very hot water (very nice after a long day/flight).

left a bag for a few hours and no issues with that.

Would stay again, but only if late or early flights, otherwise, worth going into the city using the UP train and enjoying the city more IMO.
