I am still getting the "unable to process your request" message after a few searches in the same session. Is anyone else still experiencing this frustrating behavior on a regular basis? Has anyone figured out a way to stop it?
It has been happening to me on and off for the past few weeks. App still working fine, but website is a royal pain. Either it won't sign me in before timing out or it lets me in and then won't let me do more than a search or two before I get an error.
