If you want to talk to each to other, the middle rows are a bit easier but not completely straight forward since you need to lean forward to talk to each other.
There are really no bad seats and so would not pay more for a particular seat.
Be aware that 19 A and K are technically bassinet positions.
Thanks! We ended up flying in the middle being 8E and 8F into JFK and 19E and 19F on the way back. Not sure if it was just my impression but I feel like the food service from row 19 (last CW section) is a tad slower compared to when I was in the middle! I also noticed the service was slightly worse and much prefer the LHR to JFK one I had! Will definitely consider being in the first rows as opposed to last.
