Just on the staffing front, being a small cabin has nothing to do with attentiveness as the crew also have seat responsibilities in the bigger cabin.
That's reassuring to know, I was on BA173 on 20/08 in 6K but it's been cancelled and I've ended up in 14A on the BA177 which wouldn't have been my first choice of seat (huge cabin, over the wing.)
