Booked a UA flight this morning using UA flight credits. No problem.
Trying to book another UA flight using UA flight credits and all of my flight credits have been grayed out when trying to pay saying the name does not match despite using the same information on the earlier successful flight.

Not recently, but I've had this happen when I partly used a flight credit with multiple passengers. It wouldn't allow applying the remaining credit due to name mismatch despite being exactly matched.
I had to call and have an agent process it manually. I don't think you can get it to work on your own once that happens.
