Unfortunately they are clueless. There is no member number. According to them I have to wait 30 days for Wyndham to verify something.
I just want to know whether this is a normal experience with this card. It sounds ridiculous that it would take 30 days for them to provide my member number that I entered on application to Wyndham and get response back that it is a valid number and matches my first/last name.

According to them I don't have to worry, the points are just pooling until member number is verified. I spoke to multiple agents and even asked for a supervisor who was no better. Their standard spiel is: call Wyndham, oh you already did and they told you to call us, then wait 30 days.

I wrote a secure message. Maybe that gets handled better.
