There are some reports of children's meals in the "
Guide: AA SPML - Special Meal (vegetarian, gluten intolerant, child, etc.)" thread. The most recent one is a couple of years old (chicken nuggets). Searching elsewhere on the internet, it would appear that pasta is a frequent offering. From my own experience and familiarity with this thread and similar threads from prior years, meals selections in business class on transatlantic flights always include a pasta offering, albeit, not often something as plain as pasta pomodoro.
P.S.
TikTok has several recent reports of AA child meals. Who would have thunk?
