Bookable Upgrades
Curious if everyone else's experience with this benefit as bad as mine?
Booked a revenue ticket with eligible fare class for a companion and tried to use the bookable upgrade on the website but it didnt recongise that a companion had booked a ticket.
So instead I called the call center, which turned out to be the MNL one, and the lady was clueless and said she would help pass on the request to the team responsible for processing redemptions/upgrades.
