If you like to watch the scenery out of the window, then choose the pattern you have mentioned as behind each other in A or K seats.
If you want to talk to each to other, the middle rows are a bit easier but not completely straight forward since you need to lean forward to talk to each other.
There are really no bad seats and so would not pay more for a particular seat.
Be aware that 19 A and K are technically bassinet positions.
