Sorry but this is a *insert negative word* response. My point is clearly not that I complaining about the lack of extension to a second room, but rather that when there is a clear path with the exact same booking that yields benefits for two rooms, making you jump through extra pointless hoops is stupid. If I can book the exact same point booking with method 1 and get benefits, not giving them to me simply because I didn't rebook it with method 2 and use the exact same amount of resources is anti customer and unnecessarily obtuse. People always jumping to the nonsense about go stay somewhere else which isn't even a little relevant.
