Today’s food included some items that were special for the opening and some that are from the regular menu. I can say that the restaurant food is largely fantastic and definitely worth it if you have the time. I was lucky enough to have had a three course meal there and the presentation and quality were excellent. Total time for the three courses was about 40-45 minutes.
Warm breads with delish French butter
Hamachi crudo as the first course; a mocktail in the background
Olive oil seared salmon with ratatouille
Dark chocolate soufflé with creme Anglaise
I also heard from others that the Steamed mussels, steak frites, and brasserie burger were excellent choices as well.
And I agree with you that the staff are really excited and enthusiastic with providing all the services; they are all so positive and appear to genuinely want to please. Looking forward to many more visits.
