Membership-wise, I think you have to be invited by a friend who's already a member or wait for them to invite you. You can always try calling their concierge directly to ask if they have any openings and if not it will at least get your name on their radar for future invites.
In terms of reputable? 100% They've been my provider for years and I think with the supply chain issues after certain rulings, they chose to tighten up and cater to exclusive clientele with luxury service. But 100% they truly provide all the products. They're shipped to you directly from their partnered pharmacy. I've never had a problem and always received my subscription on time directly from the pharmacy.
I would talk to their concierge about any other costs, if you can even become a member. They offer different add-ons to choose from—like the HGH you mentioned—and there may or may not be some start up fees depending on what their current programs are like. I started a long time ago so I'm not sure what current sign up looks like.
But 100% they are legit and a really amazing company and I can attest that you'll get really convenient top-notch care. House calls from phlebotomist, phone calls with doc, app to track bloodwork, simple text to refill scripts every few months, medicine delivered right to your door, excellent customer service from their concierge, etc.
