Has anyone had problems with Expedia quoting you a price for tickets then billing you for more? I purchased two tickets for the Holidays for my wife and I yesterday. The price quoted was $560. I refreshed the screen to make sure the offer was still good and it was. I purchased the tickets and the confirmation showed that I was charged a total of $620. Never was I given a screen showing that the price had changed. Talk about bait and switch. I called the friendly folks at Expedia and they insisted that I should have been shown a screen alerting me to the fare change. I assured them that I had not and they told me that I was the first to ever have this problem. Yeah right. Anyone else experience this and what was the resolution. After I hung up the phone I went back and checked my computer which still had the confirmation on the screen and scrolled back page after page. Guess what, no page warning me that the fare had changed showed up.
