Do they serve dinner in F now on ALL domestic flights regardless of the departure time?
All flights over 900 miles, departing after 11am. [edit: actually I see some 1030am departures showing lunch as the meal; the cutoff for breakfast vs. lunch (same as dinner) may be 10am]

From website (for flights over 1190 miles)
  • Mixed nuts
  • Hot entrée, including salad and bread.
  • Dessert
  • Pre-arrival snack
  • Free alcoholic drinks
For that route, the dessert will be on the same tray as the rest of the meal, and the pre-arrival snack will be random things from Y or not exist. The nuts may be on the tray also, or they may come first.

Also, what is the "Meal Upgrade" i keep reading about?
Meaningless hype.
