Hi all -- With all the usual caveats that past is not prologue, does anyone have access to historical flight info for UA97 (BNE-SFO) that goes further back than flightaware?

I am possibly booking it for early July, but this trip is (unfortunately) one of those trips with a low margin of error in case of flight cancelations. Of course it's on me if there's a problem, but I'm trying to get a sense of how much I should expect that, while also keeping in mind that I know the fleet gets maxed out during summer travel season.
