Jumping on here regarding perks/rewards earned on account/paper vs what (in my experience) is provided in real life. I "earned" perks through purchases that supported JetBlue - the last presented "reward" was a free alcoholic drink in flight.
I don’t drink so these benefits are not something I take advantage of with status. I do typically ask the person sitting next to me if they would like my free drink and in my experience have never been charged, but I have never asked more than once per flight.
I think it’s also worth noting that if you fly on your birthday the flight attendants will give you a free alcoholic drink. Don’t believe this is a published benefit, but figured I would share.
