Amazing, June 15, 2024, and I can't cancel a Hertz reservation on the web.
Their crazy website puts you in an endless loop.
Then at times it doesn't recognize me as a President's Circle member.
Disgraceful.

June 16, 2024:
It seems the cancellation process works from a mobile device, but not from my desktop.
But even from the mobile device (iPhone) it's not clean, it seems to get confused and doesn't realize you're already signed in.
Also, I'm stunned by the increase in Hertz's base prices (without a CDP). Recently, I've been using Uber instead of Hertz.
