Thank you.
Going to do my best to answer your questions from my experience:

How difficult to become a member?
I think it's become really hard. Helix use to advertise quite a bit on Facebook and Instagram. They no longer do. It's literally by invitation only. Even their website basically says no one is welcome lol. Most hormone-clinics beg you to become a member. Helix isn't begging anyone to join. Otherwise, all I can say is you get incredible service once you join. Daily concierge, weekends included, everything is coordinated by their team; if any issues arise (shipping issue, blood draw scheduling, etc) you just text or call their concierge team and they take care of it. It's really a great luxury experience.

Is the company reputable enough to be invite-only?
Important to understand something - they literally bring everything to you. The DEA-licensed practitioner visits you at your home and qualifies you in-person. The medical staffers come to you for your blood draws and draw blood. If you're missing medications or having issues with a shipment, you text a concierge and the concierge tracks down all the issues and resolves them. The mobile app is also helpful, because all of your doctors notes, protocols, and blood test results are documented in the app, so it's pretty easy to keep track of where your care is at. I've received hormone care from other offices, and I found that they struggled to coordinate the care properly (identifying my blood work, ordering my meds) and in those cases, I had to be the driver of my own care. Helix's concierge team basically coordinates and drives all of your care, so you're taking the stress and time out of having to do it yourself.

And ps, nothing is a more regrettable waste of time than going to Labcorp or a doctor's office regularly, which you don't have to do with Helix.

Do they provide all requested products?
Yes - as long as you qualify for care, they facilitate all of the main hormone meds you need, which usually includes testosterone. The main protocol also includes a prescription sleep supplement with an array of amino acids that are excellent for recovery (this prescription also includes peptides to help with HGH). Other substances in the main protocol (which is what you get automatically, or included in the membership) include gonadorelin and clomid for maintaining testicular function, oxytocin, and other meds. They also have add-on programs that cost extra (B12 shots, MIC shots, Trimix, stronger peptide dosages for HGH, direct HGH shots, HCG etc). And also, bloodwork is included in the membership (so you won't have a bill from Quest for $3500 a few months later - been there lol).

My protocol right now, that is included in the membership, includes testosterone shots, sleep aids, peptides for HGH, gonadorelin, clomid, oxytocin and some other substances (estrogen-controllers etc). Their protocol also covers thyroid meds, if you need them based on your bloodwork.

Other cost?
No other costs, to the best of my knowledge? There is a setup fee of $150 and add-on medications are extra (B12 shots, stronger peptide protocols etc). But medications to balance your main hormone levels are included (usually testosterone, HGH peptide care, thyroid if you need it, estrogen-controllers, aides for male fertility etc) - all included. Blood tests included.

If you receive an invite, and your time is important, I would join. They are more expensive than the usual hormone-program, which is why I'm saying you should join, if your time is money.

Now, if you already have a clinic you go to, and you're happy (and your doctor is good), then don't switch. If you have a good doctor, then stay with that. That said, I feel like Helix's doctors have been solid. I hope that helps?
